Revision Policy

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package and you can demand as much revisions as stated in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. You are not liable to pay additional price if the design concepts are not changed. You will have your revised logo design in 48 hours. While all website design revisions will be delivered in 24 hours and all web development revisions will be delivered between 24 to 48 hours (depending on the revision complexity).

New Order Turn Around Time

Turnaround time refers to the time in which your design concepts are furnished to your account area against your package purchase. For all logo new orders, the turnaround time is from 24 hours to maximum 48 hours. However, for packages with four or more logo concepts, the turnaround time is at least 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. Moreover, in the case of new website design (home/index, including revamp designs), the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. Please also note that the turnaround time, as pertains to website development (static website having 5 to 7 webpages) is between three to five business days. For all orders placed on Friday or Saturday, the delivery time starts from Monday.

Refund Policy

logo element refund policy will be void if;

• Primary design concept approved.
• Revisions demanded.
• Cancellation due to reasons non-related to the company.
• No contact with company for more than 2 weeks.
• Violation of company policy.
• Approached another company/designer for same project.
• Lacking information in creative brief.
• Complete design change demanded.
• Refund claim after specified time span.
• Business closure/name change.
• Refunds not applicable for 'change of mind', disagreement with partner, or similar reasons.
• Refund applicable only for specific service in bundle dissatisfaction.
• No refunds after 15 days from purchase.
• No refunds for certain services (Social Media, SEO, etc.).
• No refunds after website design approval and sent for development.
• Money-back guarantee only if initial designs completely rejected.

Note: logoelement holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of logoelement. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest, once the required analysis is completed, we will initiate the process

After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by logoelement, the information will be submitted the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
